On September 17, 2021, the opening ceremony of the SIA Ultraplast EU plant in Ventspils took place. At the moment, the first stage of the production project has already been implemented in the new building - a sheet extrusion line for the production of solid polycarbonate, acrylic, polystyrene, PETG has been installed. The planned production capacity is 4.5 thousand tons of products per year. Now the company employs 32 people. SIA Ultraplast EU has ambitious development plans, and other stages of production will be implemented in the near future.
